Red Phoenix 888 International Corporation is a Philippines-based manufacturer of ABC dry powder stored-pressure fire extinguishers. From our facility in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, we deliver UN 1044 certified portable and mobile units to distributors, OEMs and large-volume buyers across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Every cylinder is hydrostatically tested to 2.5 MPa, finished in RAL 3000 polyester powder coating, and shipped in UN-certified 4G packaging. Our quality system is built around ISO 7165 and EN 3-7, with 100 % in-line visual, pressure, valve and weight verification.
Warehouse 2, Lot 56 Aim High Avenue, Subic Gateway Park Phase 1 — purpose-built for assembly, charging and pressure testing.
Visual, pressure-gauge, valve, soap-leak and weight checks performed on every single unit, with AQL 0.65 destructive sampling.
Five-layer corrugated, UN-certified 4G cartons (4G/Y20/S/25 CN/C297109 PI:003). Up to ~8 000 units per 40' container.
MAP content (10–40 %), private labels, multi-language instructions, custom carton printing — all configurable per order.
From compact 1 kg portable units for vehicles to 12 kg industrial cylinders, every model is rated for Class A, B and C fires and certified for live electrical equipment up to 1000 V.

Our QC procedure is built around ISO 7165, EN 3-7 and our internal work instruction RP-QMS-WI-014. Each unit passes 100 % in-line visual, pressure, valve and weight checks, plus a 24-hour pressure-hold and AQL 0.65 destructive sampling.

Coating finish, label legibility, valve seating, hose, pin and tamper seal — checked on 100 % of units.
Charged unit must read within the green band (1.2–1.6 MPa) at +20 °C.
Pin pull, lever travel and tamper-seal integrity verified on every unit.
5 % neutral soap-water on valve, gauge thread and discharge port; quarantined 24h at +20 °C ±2 °C — pressure must remain stable.
Each unit weighed on a calibrated platform scale (Aodi DS, 30 kg / 1 g). Deviation recorded against nominal target.
We supply a complete document pack for every export shipment — Dangerous Goods Classification Declaration, MSDS, Quality Control records, Leak Test & Weight Verification logs, and the Product Specification Sheet — so your forwarder, port authority and customs broker have everything they need on day one.
Available with every shipment, signed and stamped by our General Manager.
