1. Information on the website
Information published on this website — including product specifications, fire ratings, dimensions, weights, packing details, container loading figures and fire-class suitability — is provided for general informational purposes only and is non-binding. All values are nominal. Cylinder dimensions and gross weights are subject to a normal manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±3 %, and container loading figures are indicative and may vary depending on stowage pattern, mixed-model loads and the shipper's pack list.
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, designs and packaging at any time without prior notice in order to incorporate technical improvements, comply with revised standards, or reflect changes in raw-material availability.
2. Quotations and orders
A quotation issued by Red Phoenix 888 is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from its date of issue, unless a different validity period is expressly stated on the quotation. Orders are accepted only upon written confirmation by Red Phoenix 888. No order is binding upon us until such confirmation has been issued.
3. Prices, payment and currency
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes, duties, freight, insurance and any other charges. Payment terms are stated on the proforma invoice and may include, without limitation, telegraphic transfer (T/T), confirmed irrevocable letter of credit (L/C at sight), or other terms agreed in writing.
4. Delivery, Incoterms and risk
All deliveries are made under the agreed Incoterm® rule (Incoterms® 2020), as specified in the order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to port congestion, vessel re-routing, customs holds, dangerous-goods documentation requirements, force majeure events and weather conditions.
5. Product warranty
We warrant that the fire extinguishers we manufacture conform, at the time of dispatch, to the specifications set out in the Product Specification Sheet (RP-SPEC-2026-0001) and that they have been manufactured in accordance with ISO 7165 and EN 3-7. The standard service life is 10 years from the date of manufacture, subject to proper transport, storage, installation, periodic inspection and refilling in accordance with applicable local regulations.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by: improper transport, storage outside −20 °C to +50 °C, mechanical damage, corrosion caused by an unsuitable installation environment, tampering, unauthorised refilling or modification, accidental discharge, or use other than as intended.
Any claim under this warranty must be notified to us in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery, accompanied by photographic evidence, batch and serial number, and a description of the defect. Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the affected unit(s).
6. Dangerous-goods and regulatory compliance
Our fire extinguishers are classified as UN 1044 — Fire Extinguishers, Class 2.2 (non-flammable, non-toxic gas) for the purposes of international transport, and are shipped under the IMDG Code. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with all applicable regulations in the country of destination, including but not limited to type approvals, marking and labelling requirements, refilling-station licensing, and end-user training.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the sale of any product shall not exceed the invoiced value of the product to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Force majeure
